Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for an early-stage digital health startup in Boston. You will own features from concept to deployment, building a platform that supports patients and care teams, using TypeScript, React, Node, and cloud services.

Collaborate with product, clinical, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable healthcare solutions. 100% hands-on, design backend services, APIs, and internal tools; healthcare experience and HIPAA awareness are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production software across the stack.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React and Node application development.
• Experience working in small, fast-paced teams where priorities change frequently.
• Experience in healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environments.
• Experience in healthcare and HIPAA-regulated environments.
• Experience in shipping mobile with React Native, iOS or Android.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support full-stack applications, APIs, and system integrations.
• Design and maintain backend services, data models, and scalable application features.
• Build internal tools that let the navigators move faster.
• Pair with clinical and operations teams to turn real patient needs into software.
• Own features from concept to deployment.
