Alldus International Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in New York City to develop product experiences and shared infrastructure, taking features from specification through production and helping shape the technical direction of a rapidly scaling healthcare product.

You will work across the full stack, collaborating with product, design and engineering teams to deliver effective solutions while optimizing performance and costs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience building and deploying production web applications.
• Strong TypeScript expertise across frontend and backend development.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing modern applications with React.
• Backend development experience using Node.js, TypeScript or Python.
• A solid understanding of databases, query optimization and infrastructure costs.
• Proven experience managing features across the full development lifecycle.
• The ability to improve complex or established codebases without relying on unnecessary rewrites.
• Strong product judgement, with the ability to balance delivery speed, quality and long-term maintainability.
• Experience in healthcare, health technology or another regulated industry would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices as the organization continues to grow.
