Job summary

Wondr Health is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join our product engineering team. You’ll work across the stack—from frontend interfaces to backend services—shipping features that directly improve participants’ health journeys.

You’ll collaborate with the engineering manager and team to shape how we build, not just what we build, and grow into owning technical design decisions with a strong culture of learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience across frontend and backend.
• Experience with PHP, Vue, React Native, AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Experience contributing to or writing technical documentation (TDRs, design docs, ADRs, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain thinking to technical and non-technical teammates.
• Systems-thinking mindset and ability to see how components fit together.
• Experience or enthusiasm for agentic AI workflows in development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the full stack (PHP, Vue, React Native, AWS Serverless).
• Collaborate on Technical Requirements Documents (TDRs) and contribute to design discussions
• Participate in architecture decisions and evaluate trade-offs as systems evolve
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews
• Partner with product and design to translate user needs into technical solutions
• Leverage agentic AI workflows to accelerate development and automate tasks
• Help improve development processes, tooling, and documentation over time
