Job summary

Wondr Health is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join our product engineering team. You will build features across the stack—from frontend interfaces to backend services—while shaping technical design decisions and collaborating with engineering management.

You will own end-to-end features with a focus on scalable systems, participate in design conversations, and drive improvements in tooling and processes. This role is fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience across frontend and backend.
• Experience with at least two of: PHP, Vue, React Native, AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Comfort working across the full stack — you don't need to be an expert in everything, but you're willing to go wherever the problem takes you.
• Experience contributing to or writing technical documentation (TDRs, design docs, ADRs, or similar).
• Strong communication skills — you can explain your thinking clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates.
• A systems-thinking mindset: you consider how pieces fit together, not just the piece in front of you.
• Experience with or enthusiasm for agentic AI workflows (e.g., AI-assisted coding, automated testing, prompt-driven development).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across our full stack (PHP, Vue, React Native, AWS Serverless)
• Collaborate on Technical Requirements Documents (TDRs) and contribute to system design discussions
• Participate in architecture decisions and help evaluate trade-offs as our systems evolve
• Write clean, testable code and participate in thorough code reviews
• Partner with product and design to translate user needs into thoughtful technical solutions
• Leverage agentic AI workflows to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance your productivity
• Help improve our development processes, tooling, and documentation over time
