Job summary

Wondr Health is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join our Product IT engineering team. You’ll build features across the stack—from PHP to React Native—while collaborating on design decisions and documentation.

You will contribute to architecture discussions, write clean code, and mentor teammates as you grow into system-design ownership. This is a fully remote role with a growth path within a mission-driven health tech company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience across frontend and backend.
• Solid working experience with at least two of: PHP, Vue, React Native, AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Comfort working across the full stack and willingness to go wherever the problem takes you.
• Experience contributing to or writing technical documentation (TDRs, design docs, ADRs, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and a systems-thinking mindset.
• Experience with or enthusiasm for agentic AI workflows in development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the full stack (PHP, Vue, React Native, AWS Serverless).
• Collaborate on Technical Requirements Documents (TDRs) and contribute to design discussions.
• Participate in architecture decisions and evaluate trade-offs as systems evolve.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Partner with product and design to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Leverage agentic AI workflows to accelerate development and productivity.
• Help improve development processes, tooling, and documentation.
