Job summary

Recuro Health is seeking a versatile Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain our telehealth platform, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and external clients to deliver scalable, secure web applications. You will work across the stack from front-end to back-end, participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and help improve tooling and infrastructure while adapting to evolving requirements.

Qualifications

Ability to design, build, and consume APIs (REST/GraphQL) and work with SQL/Postgres databases.
Understanding of system design fundamentals: caching, load balancing, queues, and basic scalability tradeoffs.
Willingness to learn new tools and domains across the organization.
Experience using AI coding tools with critical judgment and not blindly trusting outputs.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain administration tools for internal teams and external clients.
Contribute across the stack from front-end components to server-side logic and databases.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality features.
Conduct code reviews to maintain consistency and quality coding standards.
Help improve engineering processes, tools, and infrastructure.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
