AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform, using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services.

This is a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity for high-performing engineers. Join a collaborative team working with product, QA, and design in an Agile environment, tackling regulated data and AI/ML-adjacent codebases while delivering reliable, scalable software for healthcare

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
• Experience building systems that handle sensitive or regulated data (healthcare/fintech preferred).
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to solving complex engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
• Work with systems that handle sensitive and regulated healthcare data.
