Job summary

DoorDash’s Experimentation Platform Team is building a state-of-the-art platform that enables Product Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers and non-technical audiences to design, configure and analyze experiments; and conduct exploratory and causal analysis. As a full-stack engineer, you will work across our backend services, SDKs, and the Decision Portal UI used by thousands of internal users.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in CS or equivalent.
• 2+ years building web apps end-to-end using TS+React.
• Strong CS fundamentals and OOP.
• REST/gRPC APIs and backend design experience.
• Experience with databases and appropriate storage choices.
• Backend exposure with Java/Kotlin/Python/Go.
• Testing across frontend and backend engineering.
• Product-minded approach to platform services and tools.
• Familiar with AI coding tools across the full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from APIs and data models to React UI.
• Evolve the Experimentation platform for high volume and correctness.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers, Data Analysts, and Data Infrastructure engineers.
• Work across backend services, SDKs, and the Decision Portal UI.
• Introduce cutting-edge technologies, including AI tooling and LLM-enhancements.
