Job summary

Akina, Inc. seeks a Full Stack Engineer 3 to lead a small team building analytics and workflow tools in a fast CI/CD environment at Fort Meade, MD. You’ll interface with analysts, operators, and developers to drive high-impact workflows.

You will expand automation, maintain web apps and backend analytics, and work with non-relational databases, while actively soliciting user feedback and breaking work into manageable tasks for the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of SWE experience in similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree required; 4 extra SWE years may substitute for degree.
• Experience with non-relational databases and feedback-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Expand on existing workflow automation efforts.
• Develop and maintain web apps to provide analytic and workflow support.
• Develop and maintain backend analytics.
• Operate on and with non-relational databases.
• Emphasize customer communication and gather feedback on project status and results.
• Break down large tasks for team members.
