Job summary

Akina, Inc. is seeking a skilled SWE to support a small team, building AI-driven workflow tools in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will work directly with the customer, learning workflows and delivering solutions that aid analysts and leadership.

You will expand automation, improve TAO-like processes, and develop web apps for analytics and workflow support while prioritizing clear communication and feedback on progress and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of SWE experience on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline required.
• 4 additional SWE years may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Expand on existing workflow automation efforts.
• Learn and improve upon customer tradecraft.
