Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP) in Boston is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help build and enhance a digital health platform for patients and care teams. This hands-on role owns features from concept to deployment using TypeScript, React, Node, and AWS or GCP.

You will develop and support full-stack apps, APIs, and data models, design backend services, and build internal tools to speed clinical workflows. This is 100% hands-on in a small, fast-paced team.

• Strong experience with TypeScript, React and Node application development.
• 4+ years building production software across the stack.
• Experience working in small, fast-paced teams where priorities change frequently

Job Description

An early-stage digital health startup is looking to hire a Full Stack Engineer to help build and enhance their digital platform that supports health care patients and their care teams.

This hands-on role involves owning features from concept to deployment, working across multiple areas of the product, and collaborating closely with product, clinical, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and impactful healthcare solutions. You would be using TypeScript, React, Node, AWS or GCP

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with TypeScript, React and Node application development
• 4+ years building production software across the stack.
• Experience working in small, fast-paced teams where priorities change frequently
• Strong product sense

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in healthcare, and HIPAA-regulated environments.
• Comfort with LLM application development (prompt design, evals, RAG, tool use)
• Degree in a relevant field
• Background shipping mobile (React Native, iOS, Android)
• Ability to communicate clearly and make practical tradeoffs
