Job summary

EY's Digital Asset Research Center is seeking a skilled full-stack developer to collaborate with engineers, auditors and technology consultants. You will research blockchains, build tools, and support assurance services for digital assets in a globally connected environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of code experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and practical knowledge of cloud services and DevOps.

Qualifications

Three to five years of related prior work experience in application development.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or related field.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript development such as Node.js, Express, React, Angular, etc.

Responsibilities

Full-stack software development including front-end and back-end.
Create technical documentation and memos for complex digital asset topics.
Collaborate with financial auditors to design and implement techniques to test financial statement assertions relating to digital assets.
Solve novel technical problems and provide innovative solutions to client solutions/implementations and our core products.
Keep up-to-date on emerging leading practices in this fast-growing area and identify where new practices can be applied.
