EY is seeking a software professional to join the Digital Asset Research Center in the United States. You will contribute to full-stack development, research blockchain technologies, and collaborate with auditors to validate digital asset controls. Qualifications

• Three to five years of related prior work experience in application development.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript development such as Node.js, Express, React, Angular; Ethereum/Solidity or other protocols; Jest/Mocha testing; NoSQL/SQL databases; Git; Docker/Podman; Azure/AWS/GCP; Agile teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack software development including front-end and back-end.
• Create technical documentation and memos for complex digital asset topics.
• Collaborate with financial auditors to test financial statement assertions relating to digital assets.
• Solve novel technical problems and provide innovative solutions for client solutions and core product offerings.
• Keep up-to-date on emerging practices and apply them where useful.
