Pepsi Bottling Ventures in North Carolina is seeking a Full Service Customer Representative to stock and merchandise full-service vending machines, maintain clean and organized displays, and ensure products are up to date for customers.

You will build strong relationships with store owners and managers, manage inventory, and collaborate with Key Account Managers to align on account needs. A CDL may be required based on vehicle class; a DOT physical is required before start date.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have CDL-A/B or regular license depending on vehicle class.
• Ability to obtain CDL permit within 15 business days and license within 45 days if CDL not held.
• Must pass DOT physical before start; provide DOT medical card if valid.
• 1 year route sales driving experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift 85 pounds and push/pull on a hand cart.

Aufgaben

• Rotate, merchandise, and stock products across retail accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and managers.
• Ensure shelves, coolers, displays, and backrooms are clean and organized.
• Manage product inventory and place accurate orders to avoid stockouts.
• Execute CDA elements and promotional programs as directed.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to align on account needs.
• Maintain neat, clean area around vending machines.
• Collect and reconcile money at day end.
• Perform duties as assigned.
