This role involves running a full-time, FULL Production recruitment business supported by our world-class tools, training, and support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 3-5 Recruiting Partners
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct daily Business Development and client management
• Leverage partnerships with over 300 recruiting partners to fill roles across various geographic areas
