One of our companies is currently looking for a Technical Recruiter/Talent Partner (Technology) in the United States.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the charge in recruiting top-tier engineering and product talent for a fast-growing tech company. As a Technical Recruiter/Talent Partner, you'll drive full-cycle recruiting across R&D roles, including software engineering, security, product, and UX research. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, influence strategy, champion diversity and inclusion, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. This role requires a blend of sourcing expertise, process optimization, and strategic planning to support long-term growth and build an inclusive, high-performing team.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to align on hiring strategies, headcount planning, and process improvement
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and build diverse candidate pipelines to support company-wide DEI goals
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and maintain high data integrity in the ATS (Ashby)
- Develop and execute scalable sourcing strategies and collaborate on employer branding efforts
- Optimize recruitment operations through effective use of tools, systems, and hiring analytics
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS or Series A-C startup environments
- Proven ability to source and close top technical talent across disciplines such as AI/ML, data engineering, and engineering leadership
- Strong knowledge of DEI best practices in hiring and experience building inclusive sourcing strategies
- Experience working with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) and using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills
- Deep understanding of the tech landscape and competitive hiring markets
- Preferred: Based in the NYC metro area with availability to work in-office 1-2 days/week
