Job summary

Mural is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to own paid marketing end to end across search, social, and video/display. You will drive self-serve and sales-assisted demand, build scalable programs, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to turn demand into activated users and revenue.

The role emphasizes rigorous experimentation, data-driven decision making, and leveraging AI to move faster in keyword, creative, analysis, and reporting tasks. Remote-friendly with global expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B digital marketing with paid channels and budget ownership.
• Ability to manage end-to-end paid programs across search, social, video/display.
• Strong data fluency and ability to design and interpret experiments.
• Proficiency in SQL and product analytics to measure impact and inform decisions.
• Experience partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive demand and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, budget, execution, and reporting for paid across search, paid social, and video/display, as one connected program.
• Own paid marketing end to end for self-serve and sales-assisted demand; measure activation, pipeline, and revenue impact.
• Build and run continuous experimentation across audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers.
• Lead agency and vendor partners to scale the program.
• Partner with Data on attribution and measurement to connect spend to outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Web on messaging and post-click experience.
• Set targets and expand into new regions and languages (EMEA, APAC).
• Support ABM and demand-gen with Sales and RevOps.
• Use AI to accelerate keyword, creative, analysis, and reporting work.
