This hands-on role builds growth systems from concept to conversion, optimizing content, SEO, email, and partnerships to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue. You’ll work closely with the COO as an execution-focused contributor.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years hands-on growth marketing experience.
• Proven track record growing via organic channels.
• Strong skills in content, SEO, email, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-funnel campaigns across content, social, email, and partnerships.
• Build nurture programs to convert awareness into trials and paying customers.
• Edit and adapt content into platform-ready assets and launch campaigns.
• Manage ad platforms, tracking pixels, and campaign setup across major networks.
• Create HubSpot dashboards to monitor campaign performance against goals.
• Monitor results and adjust strategies with COO alignment.
• Collaborate with sales on the full customer journey and reporting.
