William Charles Search Group, based in Pittsburgh, is seeking an experienced 360/full-desk recruiter to drive both client development and executive placement. This role offers a clear path to Team Leader and a strong compensation package with base salary, bonuses, and uncapped commissions.

You will build relationships with mid-to-senior level finance, HR, and operations leaders, partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidates in a collaborative, boutique

Qualifications

• Proven success in third-party (agency) recruiting.
• Experience managing a full desk, including recruiting and business development.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and managing client relationships.
• Strong executive presence and consultative communication skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and/or revenue goals.
• Desire to grow into a leadership position within the organization.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Developing new client relationships through business development and networking.
• Managing and growing existing client accounts.
• Recruiting and placing senior-level professionals across Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Conducting intake meetings with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and presenting high-quality candidates.
• Managing executive search assignments from business development through placement.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and PCR Recruiter to drive business and identify talent.
• Collaborating with leadership on recruiting strategy and growth.
