Job summary

Next Level Recruiting, LLC is seeking an experienced recruiter to develop and own full-cycle executive searches for senior advisors across financial services. You will work closely with high-impact clients and candidates, driving meaningful relationships within the wealth management ecosystem.

This role offers a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 with full-desk ownership and uncapped commission tied directly to recruiting success. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of agency recruiting experience and a strong understanding of financial services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle agency recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent searches against production goals.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute full-cycle executive searches end to end.
• Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs and market dynamics.
• Drive candidate pipelines from outreach through offer acceptance.
