Job summary

Kinect, a Los Angeles-based search partner, is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter (360) to thrive on both BD and delivery. You’ll build client relationships, win searches, and manage end-to-end talent delivery with a high-touch approach.

You will own the search process from prospecting to presentation, maintain strong pipelines, and work directly with hiring managers and executives to place top candidates efficiently and effectively.

• Proven ability to win new business and run searches.
• Success across both BD and delivery.
