Job summary

Talent Acquisitions Group Inc. partners with private equity portfolio companies and mid-market organizations to fill Sales, Operations, and Finance roles across industries.

We are adding an experienced recruiter who can own both client development and search delivery, working fully remote within the United States. This role includes 1099 contracting for the first year with a path to direct hire and uncapped earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-desk recruiting in a boutique or agency setting.
• Proven track record building client business.
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries and functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage a remote desk independently.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on role scope, compensation, and market conditions.

We are adding an experienced recruiter who can own both client development and search delivery.

The Role

• Develop and grow client relationships with portfolio company leadership and hiring executives


• Advise clients on role scope, compensation, and market conditions


• Run full-cycle searches across Sales, Operations, and Finance


• Source, screen, and close candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and CIR techniques


• Provide clients with clear, consistent reporting throughout each search
