We provide employment opportunities for exceptional professionals on a full-time and contract basis across various industries such as Technical, Financial, Legal, and more. THE ROLE :
  1. Business Development: Prospecting for local clients seeking to fill Financial, Accounting, and Technical positions via telephone and e-campaigns, identifying their hiring needs, and offering our staffing solutions.
  2. Candidate Recruiting: Working alongside candidates from initial contact to job offer. This includes sourcing, screening, and qualifying tech professionals using an applicant tracking system, hosting exploratory conversations to understand career objectives, and conducting comprehensive interviews to prepare candidates for client meetings.
  3. Learning Program: Participating in ongoing training to acquire technical knowledge and skills necessary for success.
