Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
We are seeking a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with prime vendor contacts to work on a revenue sharing model.
Key Responsibilities:

Bench Marketing & Candidate Placement
- Promote and market bench consultants to Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Develop new client relationships through cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media outreach.
- Understand consultants' backgrounds, skill sets, and experience to pitch them effectively for open job requirements.
- Identify suitable job opportunities and proactively submit consultants to client requirements.

Consultant Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with bench consultants to keep them motivated and updated.
- Assist consultants in preparing resumes, interview prep, and client interactions.
- Track consultants' availability, preferences, and upcoming project end dates.

Vendor Networking & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and prime vendors.
- Follow up for interview feedback and scheduling.
- Negotiate rates, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of consultants.

Process & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with US tax terms and legal employment documentation (EAD, H1B, GC, OPT, CPT).
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements using spreadsheets or ATS.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interview results, and placements.
