What You Need to Succeed :
LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator: While not required, we encourage recruiters to use their own LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator accounts to source clients and candidates. However, as long as the required metrics are met, it is not mandatory. After the 6-month trial period, the company will provide access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Recruiter accounts for salary-based employees.
