Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

We're a fast-growing construction recruiting firm looking for an experienced Full Desk Recruiter who can seamlessly manage both business development and candidate sourcing. This is a fully remote position with high growth potential and the opportunity to truly own your desk.

As a Construction Account Manager / Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in driving client relationships while sourcing and placing top talent across the construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, enjoys the relationship-building aspect of sales, and is also hands-on in candidate delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage long-term client relationships in the construction sector
  • Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for open roles
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client contact through offer and placement
  • Utilize Bullhorn ATS to track activity, manage pipeline, and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal team members to meet shared recruiting and sales goals

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of full desk recruiting experience (construction industry experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to build and grow client accounts
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using Bullhorn or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to accommodate scheduled meetings on a CST time zone
