We are looking for a full-time full-desk recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, recruiting, and sales. This is a fully remote position.

We are a growing company looking for hungry and talented go-getters to join the team. Responsibilities:
  • Business development - landing clients, negotiating/executing contracts, and account management
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions
  • Screen candidates and conduct interviews
  • Negotiate and close job offers
  • Onboard new hires and provide them with support
  • Maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 2-10 years of experience in full-desk recruiting (MUST HAVE business development experience)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
