What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify and attract top technical talent, specifically software engineers
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to tracking and managing their progress
• Prioritize and oversee multiple searches and projects simultaneously
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure recruitment needs are met

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 8 years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting, or 8+ years of non-technical sourcing recruiter experience in a corporate setting
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong experience with Boolean search techniques
• Proficient in using ATS/CTS for candidate sourcing and management
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and client relationships
