Job summary

TSMC North America is seeking a Recruiter to join a high-performing TA team supporting a fast-growing semiconductor foundry. This full-cycle role covers technical engineering and corporate positions, partnering with hiring managers to identify and close top talent in a competitive market.

You will work with the Deputy Director of Talent Acquisition and a tight-knit team, owning requisitions and shaping sourcing, evaluation, and candidate engagement strategies across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a relevant discipline.
• 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house or agency/executive search within technology.
• Proven ability to manage mixed requisition loads across technical and corporate roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical (engineering, R&D) and corporate/business roles, from intake through offer.
• Coordinate and help facilitate interview loops, debriefs, and offer processes in partnership with hiring team and HR.
• Source passive and active candidates through direct sourcing, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system and build talent pipelines.
