Job summary

Inadev is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to drive growth by sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top technical talent for Federal, State, Local Government, and Commercial programs.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to shape compelling job descriptions, build strong candidate pipelines, and manage the interview and offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and successful placements.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Located in Northern Virginia/ DC/MD area; willing to attend meetings in Reston, VA.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to prioritize and self-start.
• Adaptive/flexible as priorities shift.
• Enthusiastic with a passion for learning and constant improvement.
• Open to collaboration, feedback and client asks.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle sourcing/recruiting and managing a full requisition load across programs and clients.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to write detailed job descriptions, design screening questions, and post requisitions.
• Continuously source and build an active candidate pipeline with in-demand skillsets.
• Review candidate profiles using professional networks, ATS, job portals, social media, and career events (in-person/virtual).
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and provide routine reports to managers.
• Consult with candidates to assess fit against qualifications and culture; guide them through the interview process.
• Negotiate offers, start background and reference checks, and extend offers to successful hires.
• Build talent pools for unfunded and prospective openings.
• Provide guidance on strategic hiring and market intel; participate in Talent Acquisition meetings.
• Perform other recruitment support duties as assigned.
