Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to join the Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection, ensuring candidates align with culture and job fit, reporting to the Lead Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, testing, interviews, background checks, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining HRIS data, and developing recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or similar discipline; 3-5 years' experience in HR related field, combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, testing, background checks to offer, onboarding and orientation.
• Direct sourcing, job fairs, campus outreach, ads, internet posting, social networks, referrals, and outreach to organizations.
• Prescreen and schedule candidates for program and company fit, salary expectations, eligibility.
• Evaluate applicants, conduct interviews and schedule with hiring managers.
• Enter and update candidate data in HRIS for reporting and policy compliance.
