• Ability to have credible conversations with candidates and hiring managers about technology
• Turn pipeline data and market intelligence into a point of view to drive decisions
• Proven experience closing competitive candidates in high-volume environments

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Technology, Cybersecurity, and Digital from intake to offer
• Source with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent platforms, and direct outreach to find passive candidates
• Bring market data and benchmarks into conversations and push for decisions that close talent
• Build relationships with candidates before roles exist to ensure rapid filling of critical positions
• Develop understanding of tech stacks to effectively assess engineering and data roles
