Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to scale IT, cybersecurity and digital hiring as the company grows rapidly.

You will own the full lifecycle, build strong pipelines, leverage data and market benchmarks, and partner with managers to close hard-to-fill roles in a fast-paced environment.

This role sits within Skechers' dynamic, consumer-facing footwear business, offering opportunities to influence the talent strategy across engineering and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a track record of closing competitive candidates in cybersecurity, engineering, data, or related roles.
• Ability to discuss technology at a credible level with engineers and hiring managers.
• Experience turning pipeline data and market insights into strategy and decisions.
• Familiarity with Workday or a comparable ATS.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from manager intake to signed offer across core IT, Cybersecurity, and Digital — building talent pipelines across Artificial Intelligence, AWS infrastructure, Information Security, and enterprise-scale solutions including Oracle Cloud Financials, Salesforce, Workday, and Boomi iPaaS.
• Source with precision and creativity using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, and direct outreach to find people who aren't browsing job boards.
• Bring market data into every conversation, comp benchmarks, candidate feedback, pipeline trends, and use it to push for decisions that actually close talent.
• Build relationships with candidates before roles exist, so when a critical position opens, you're not starting from zero.
• Develop a high-level understanding of various tech stacks and frameworks to effectively represent and assess engineering and data roles.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, either in-house or in a staffing environment, with a clear track record of closing competitive candidates across cybersecurity, engineering, data, or related disciplines.
• Enough fluency in technology to have credible conversations with both candidates and hiring managers.
• The ability to turn pipeline data and market intelligence into a point of view, and the confidence to push back when a hiring approach isn't working.
• Proven experience navigating ambiguous, high-volume environments without losing rigor.
• Familiarity with Workday or a comparable ATS.

The pay range for this position is $90,000-$115,000/yr USD
