This role sits within Skechers' dynamic, consumer-facing footwear business, offering opportunities to influence the talent strategy across engineering and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a track record of closing competitive candidates in cybersecurity, engineering, data, or related roles.
• Ability to discuss technology at a credible level with engineers and hiring managers.
• Experience turning pipeline data and market insights into strategy and decisions.
• Familiarity with Workday or a comparable ATS.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across IT, Cybersecurity and Digital — building talent pipelines for AI, cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Source with precision using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach to reach passive candidates.
• Bring market data and benchmarks into conversations to drive decisions that close talent.
• Build relationships with candidates before roles exist to ensure quick closures.
• Develop understanding of tech stacks to assess engineering and data roles effectively.
