Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Technology, Cybersecurity, and Digital from intake to offer.
• Source with precision using LinkedIn Recruiter and talent intelligence tools.
• Bring market data and benchmarks into decision making to close candidates.
• Build relationships with candidates before roles exist.
• Develop understanding of tech stacks to assess engineering and data roles.
