Brain Co. is seeking a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for engineering teams (AI/ML, AI Product, AI Platform). You will partner with our in-house recruiting team and engineering leaders to attract and close world-class technical talent—shaping Brain Co.’s technical trajectory.

This is a high-trust, high-velocity role where recruiting is a strategic advantage, and your work will directly impact the caliber of our engineering organization across global markets.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with engineering or technical roles.
• Ability to tell compelling stories about technical work to candidates.
• Data-driven approaches to building pipelines and candidate flow.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership and finance on offers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML, AI Product, and AI Platform roles from sourcing to close.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define hiring needs and interview processes.
• Drive candidate experience that reflect speed, precision and mission-driven culture.
• Build market maps and data-driven sourcing strategies for competitive AI talent pools.
• Negotiate complex offers in collaboration with executives and finance.
• Represent Brain Co. as an ambassador at events and online communities.
