Job summary

PhoenixAI is recruiting a hands-on Recruiter to scale our team across GTM, R&D, and G&A. You will own the full-cycle process from intake to offer, partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape hiring plans.

You will build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach, and act as a strategic advisor on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and candidate experience. This role requires strong communication and a proven startup mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth tech or B2B SaaS companies.
• Track record filling competitive roles without relying on inbound volume.
• Experience with Rippling and LinkedIn Recruiter; scheduling coordination as needed.

• Lead offer negotiation and close, working directly with candidates through to acceptance.

Job Overview

PhoenixAI is looking for a Recruiter to help us scale the team across the company. You'll recruit for a mix of roles spanning go-to-market (sales, marketing, customer success, and sales engineering), R&D, and G&A.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle role. You'll work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership from intake through offer negotiation, and you'll have real latitude to shape how we recruit as we scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth tech or B2B SaaS companies, with deep expertise in either GTM or technical hiring.
• Track record recruiting at a fast-paced startup environment, ideally at a Series B or similar growth stage.
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of filling competitive roles without relying on inbound volume.
• Hands-on with Rippling (or a comparable ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter; comfortable owning scheduling and coordination where needed.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with experience partnering directly with executives across functions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building process from scratch.
• Familiarity with the data infrastructure, database space a plus.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. The offer also includes equity and PhoenixAI's full benefits package. Where you land in the range depends on your experience, scope, and interview results.
