Job summary

Hyosung HICO, in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and candidate assessment, while ensuring affirmative action compliance and meticulous HR-record keeping.

You will partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to develop sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, manage external agencies, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline with accurate hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in full-cycle recruitment and screening candidates.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and affirmative action compliance.
• Able to build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; UKG experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and assessment.
• Develop budgeting-conscious recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Engage passive candidates via Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Coordinate with external recruiters and agencies as needed; maintain candidate pipelines and hiring metrics.
• Ensure confidentiality of records and compliance with policies, safety, and environmental standards.
