Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and strategies.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, networks, referrals, and social media.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and timely follow-up.
• Develop a strong pipeline for current and future openings.
• Assist with offers, background checks, and pre-employment steps.
• Support onboarding activities and smooth new hire transitions.
• Monitor recruiting activity and provide progress updates.
• Improve recruiting processes and explore new sourcing channels.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
