Job summary

Columbus McKinnon is seeking an Advisor, Talent Acquisition to execute the company’s recruiting functions at the Manheim, PA site. The role blends hands-on recruitment with strategic planning to cultivate quality hires, an emerging talent pool, and a strong employment brand aligned with our culture as the organization grows.

The position will manage full lifecycle hourly recruiting, build networks, and develop innovative sourcing approaches to attract talent and promote the Columbus McKinnon

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in recruiting.
• Must reside within a commutable distance of the Manheim, PA facility.

Responsibilities

• Execute staffing strategy and ensure the successful delivery of all ongoing talent acquisition processes.
• Develop and implement processes providing an efficient, high-touch hiring experience from application to offer.
• Manage the requisition process from approval to onboarding while guiding hiring managers.
• Leverage online recruiting sources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit talent.
• Source, interview and recommend the best talent for all positions within the company.
• Create, prepare and extend all offers to potential candidates.
• Provide feedback to influence hiring managers and ensure effective hires.
• Create and implement employment marketing strategies to build Columbus McKinnon’s people brand.
• Assist in go-to-market initiatives and campus recruiting to build candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with managers to write accurate job descriptions and post them on SharePoint.
• Conduct regular follow ups with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment processes.
• Build data, reporting and insights to measure impact of talent acquisition.
