Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Execute staffing strategy and ensure successful delivery of talent acquisition processes.
• Develop processes for a high-touch hiring experience from application to offer.
• Manage requisition process from approval to onboarding and guide hiring managers.
• Source, interview, and recommend best talent for all positions.
• Create, prepare and extend offers to potential candidates.
• Build and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.
• Collaborate with managers on job descriptions and postings; maintain accuracy on SharePoint.
