Challenge Manufacturing is seeking an Hourly Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Walker, MI plant. The role covers full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and interview coordination to set new hires up for success.

You will collaborate with managers to forecast needs and ensure candidates meet criteria. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
