Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Sacramento to attract, source, and hire qualified talent. The role collaborates with hiring managers to build strong and diverse pipelines and to implement full-cycle recruitment processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and employment regulations and policies.
• Strong initiative, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate management.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill open positions.
• Source, identify, and screen qualified candidates against job requirements.
• Provide recruitment consultation and guidance to hiring managers throughout the process.
• Manage all aspects of full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, assessment, interviewing and candidate selection.
• Develop talent pipelines through job boards, online sourcing, networking events, referrals, fairs, and professional associations.
