The role requires expertise in ATS, HRIS, structured interviews, and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms.
Strong sourcing skills and advanced search techniques.

Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and recruitment compliance.

Responsibilities

Conduct full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, temporary, and student positions.
Facilitate intake meetings to clarify role requirements and competencies.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen candidates using structured, competency-based methods.
Coordinate interviews and advise hiring managers on best practices.
Administer the ATS to ensure requisition management and compliance.
Generate recruitment metrics and reports to support workforce planning.
Facilitate onboarding including pre-employment checks and orientation.
Maintain recruitment records in line with EEO, ADA, FCRA, and DOL guidelines.
Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
