Alignment Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to oversee full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, high-volume, non-exempt roles. You will manage intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, while supporting internal transfers and staffing initiatives.

Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, draft postings, coordinate events, maintain ATS records, and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, ATS, closing, offers.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and compliant hiring practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, high-volume, non-exempt roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Coordinate conversions of temporary employees to regular status and internal transfers.
• Draft and post job advertisements and support recruitment events and initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other methods.
