Job summary

Willmeng Construction in Phoenix is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting and build a diverse candidate pipeline. You will partner with hiring managers, the People Operations team, and cross-functional leaders to source, screen, and coordinate offers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have experience in full-cycle recruiting, familiarity with Greenhouse, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in construction, engineering, or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidate-first mindset with commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, career fairs, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS).
• Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with compensation guidelines.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts within the Talent Acquisition team.
• Maintain confidentiality of all candidate and employee information.
