Good Shepherd Services, Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive full-cycle recruitment across agency programs. You will partner with hiring managers to plan staffing, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.

Located in New York City, the role is 35 hours per week, exempt. You will manage candidate pipelines, utilize ClearCompany ATS and ADP, and help develop diverse recruiting strategies to support

Qualifications

• Three years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with nonprofit or human services is preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse communities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online recruiting tools.
• Willingness to travel across New York City.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, and referrals.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics of interviews.
• Develop job descriptions with hiring managers.
