Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Recruiter to act as a business partner to manufacturing leadership, driving hiring strategies and delivering top talent in a high-volume environment. You will manage recruiting activities, coordinate processes, support hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.

This role requires onsite interaction with candidates and travel to facilities as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR, or talent acquisition experience.
Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments preferred.
Experience with ATS including Workday and Phenom is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support throughout the recruiting lifecycle to ensure an efficient hiring process.
Create, maintain, audit, and close requisitions with data accuracy in Workday.
Review recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve data quality and candidate movement.
Coordinate interviews, hiring events, candidate communications, and onboarding activities.
Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling and offer preparation.
Attend onsite hiring events, community job fairs, and plant recruiting events to engage candidates.
Partner with Recruiters, HR, and manufacturing leaders to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
