Job summary

Kia Georgia is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition leader to manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly roles. You will craft sourcing strategies through internal pipelines, external channels, and community partnerships while partnering with managers to shape requirements and hiring decisions.

You will oversee candidate progression through onboarding, maintain ATS integrity, and prepare staffing metrics to guide workforce planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in HR or related field with 5+ years in Talent Acquisition.
Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience using ATS, recruitment metrics, and workforce planning tools.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly roles.
Develop sourcing strategies via internal talent pipelines, external channels, and community partnerships.
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and guide hiring decisions.
Manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle from application through onboarding.
Maintain ATS data integrity, compliance, and reporting.
Prepare staffing metrics and workforce planning data.
Support development and enhancement of employment policies and staffing processes.
Create and implement recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen employer branding.
Build relationships with educational institutions, workforce agencies, and community organizations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and diversity hiring initiatives.
Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and workforce planning activities.
