Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting in construction, utilities, manufacturing, field operations, or multi-site environments.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel locally for recruiting and community events.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, skilled trades, field-based, and professional positions across multiple locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies based on business needs.
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, community partnerships, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and industry organizations.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support hiring managers through candidate selection and offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate applicant records within the ATS and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
• Support workforce planning and proactive talent pipeline development.
